Over the years, it became clear that our strengths were the perfect match: one of us with creative vision, the other with a natural talent for planning and detail.

With more than a decade of experience in the events industry, Alana is the creative force and logistical expert behind our proposals. She has coordinated major high-profile events, including the Logies at Crown, and managed large-scale productions for notable Australian companies.
Her background in luxury and corporate events has sharpened her eye for aesthetics, timing, and flawless execution. She brings imagination, precision, and a commitment to transformative moments — shaping proposals that are beautifully designed and effortlessly delivered.
Warm, organised, and naturally creative, Karina brings heart and structure to every proposal.
As the founder of her own Virtual Assistant business, she has supported leading disability organisations and national sporting clubs in marketing, administration, and high-level coordination.
Karina is skilled at understanding people and translating their stories into meaningful experiences. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and love for thoughtful moments ensure every proposal is planned with intention and delivered seamlessly.
